The Metabolism Measure is ideal for measuring your waistline to within one millimeter of accuracy, displaying the resulting numbers on an easy-to-read digital display. The tape is quite comfortable to use as well, providing enough tension to ensure that it's not too slack while measuring.
Please note that if you take measurements while wearing a shirt, then you can subtract 1.5 centimeters to compensate and reach an accurate measurement. The tape's range is from 50 to 150 cm, and should you need to clean it after using you can do so with a simple rubbing alcohol solution.
